Crumpit is self-contained enough to have its own story, visuals, and task language, but it belongs inside Halcyon as a focused object in the room: a place to dump, sort, and decide without turning low-energy planning into another project-management system.

Do Now, Do Later, Delegate, and Not Today keep triage visible and gentle.
The mountain and dump-it language give the task surface its own personality.
Its home is Halcyon, where it behaves like one placed tool among the larger spatial work environment.
