Switchboard is the public parent for the comms work: personal PABX, Relay iOS client, Operator backend, Twilio routing, Hermes voice bridge prototypes, and the queue-native follow-up ideas that Cue explored.

  • Switchboard decides how calls and messages should route.
  • Relay is the iOS surface; Operator and Hermes handle the backend and voice bridge experiments.
  • Cue is folded in as the queue-native follow-up thread rather than a standalone project.
